How selling with MARK REAL works
- Realistic price. First, we tell you what similar properties nearby actually sell for. You can also request a free valuation.
- Preparation and presentation. Professional photos, home staging, AI staging for empty rooms, a video tour and 3D visualization. The first impression of a listing decides how many people come to a viewing.
- Advertising. We publish the listing on nehnutelnosti.sk, reality.sk, topreality.sk and zoznamrealit.sk, on our Instagram and Facebook and in targeted ads on social media and Google.
- Viewings and negotiation. We conduct the viewings and negotiate the terms with the buyer. We keep you informed throughout, and in the online report you can see listing views, inquiries and viewings at any time.
- Contracts and financing. We prepare the contracts and the application for registration in the land register (cadastre). You can sign the brokerage and reservation agreements electronically or in person. Our financial advisor helps the buyer with a mortgage.
- Handover. Handover of the property with a handover protocol and transfer of the utilities to the new owner.

How long does it take to sell an apartment with MARK REAL?

How much does it cost to sell a property through MARK REAL?
Our commission is 3% of the sale price, payable when the purchase contract is signed. The amount can be adjusted by agreement between the parties. Fees with examples.
I live abroad. Can I sell my property in Bratislava?
Yes. Most steps can be done remotely: you sign the brokerage agreement electronically, follow the sale in the online report and we handle the viewings. The purchase contract must be signed with an officially certified signature, either in person in Slovakia or, for example, at a Slovak embassy or consulate, or through a representative with a certified power of attorney. We will explain the options for your situation.
Where will you advertise my property?
On the Slovak property portals nehnutelnosti.sk, reality.sk, topreality.sk and zoznamrealit.sk, on our Instagram and Facebook and in ads on social media and Google. We also send it to clients in our database who are looking for a similar property.
What are home staging and AI staging?
Home staging means preparing the interior before the photos and viewings, so buyers can more easily imagine living there. AI staging virtually furnishes an empty or dated room in a photo so buyers can see its potential.
Can you help the buyer with a mortgage?
