How much of my own money do I need for a mortgage?
Banks usually lend up to 80% of the property value; the rest has to come from your own funds. Loans of up to 90% of the value are offered only to some clients (for example young people under 35) and often at a higher rate. Our financial advisor will tell you how to solve it in your case.
Can I get a mortgage in Slovakia as a foreigner?
Often yes, but the conditions depend on the bank and on your situation, typically on your residence status in Slovakia, the type and length of your employment and where your income is paid.
