You can handle most steps of a sale or purchase on your phone, without traveling or paperwork. Useful if you live abroad or travel a lot. And if you prefer, we do everything in person. You choose, and you can combine both at any time.
Sign contracts on your phone
We send you the brokerage and reservation agreements for electronic signing via Signi. Open them on your phone or computer, sign with your finger and confirm with a code from a text message. Once both parties have signed, you receive the contract by email.
Online sale report
As the owner, you get your own link where you can see at any time how many people viewed the listing, how many inquiries came in and how the viewings went. No need to wait for a phone call.
Viewing reminders
Before a viewing, we send you a reminder by email and text message with the address, time and your agent's contact. Save the appointment to your phone calendar with one tap.
New listings by email
Tell us what you are looking for, and when we publish a suitable property, we send it to you automatically by email. No need to check the portals every day.

Selling step by step
- Price. Your agent prepares an accurate valuation based on the current market.
- Brokerage agreement. We send it to you for electronic signing, or we sign it together on paper.
- Preparation and advertising. Photos, home staging, video and advertising on portals, social media and Google. We also automatically send the listing to buyers in our database who are looking for a similar property.
- Continuous overview. In the online report you see listing views, inquiries and viewings. Your agent also informs you about every important step.
- Reservation. We sign a reservation agreement with the buyer, electronically or in person.
- Purchase contract, registration and handover. We prepare the contracts and the application for registration, and we are with you at the signing and the handover of the property. More about selling.

- Financing. Calculate your repayment in the calculator; our financial advisor will prepare offers from banks.
- Viewing. Arrange a time with your agent and you will get a reminder by email and text message beforehand.

Electronic signing of contracts is provided by Signi. The purchase contract transferring a property is signed by the seller with an officially certified signature, as required by the land register.
Frequently asked questions
Is an electronically signed contract valid?
Yes. A brokerage or reservation agreement signed electronically is just as valid as one signed with a pen. Signi records who signed the contract, when and how, and once both parties have signed, the signed document is sent to you by email.
Do I need a certificate, an ID card with a chip or an app to sign electronically?
No. All you need is an email address and a mobile phone. You open the contract via a link, sign with your finger or mouse and confirm with a code from a text message. There is nothing to install or register.
Do I pay extra for electronic signing?
No. Electronic signing, the online report and viewing reminders are part of our service. See our fees.
Can I sign the contract in person instead?
Of course. Everything that can be done online, we can also do in person. We will prepare a printed contract and sign it together at a meeting.
Can the purchase contract be signed electronically too?
The purchase contract is signed in person, because the land register (cadastre) requires the seller's signature to be officially certified. We prepare the contract, arrange the signing and are with you when you sign it and the application for registration.
Who can see the report on the sale of my property?
Only people you send the link to. The report has a secret address, it is not indexed by search engines and it does not contain the names or contact details of interested buyers.
