MARK REAL was founded by Marek Bagoňa. He has worked in real estate for 18 years and has been involved in preparing and selling several development projects. Together with our team of agents, we make sure your sale or purchase is simple, transparent and stress-free.
Who we are
MARK REAL is a real estate agency in Bratislava, Slovakia. We help clients sell, buy and rent out apartments, houses and land in Bratislava and the surrounding area. Real estate services under the MARK REAL brand are provided by LMS SK s.r.o. (company ID 51080257) and MARK REAL s.r.o. (company ID 45584524). We are a member of the Association of Real Estate Agencies of Slovakia (ZRKS). LMS SK s.r.o. also runs odborneocenenie.sk (in Slovak), which provides professional property valuations for inheritance proceedings.
We take care of the whole process, from a realistic price and the presentation of the property to signing the contract, handing over the keys and transferring the utilities.
